Parent Counselling

Parenting does not come with a manual, it is okay to ask for help!

Parenting is one of the most important roles we can embrace in life.

However, there is no reliable handbook to refer to when trying to troubleshoot the ups and downs along the way in our parenting journey.

The truth of the matter is, there is no one way to parent. How we address the situations is unique to our values, beliefs, and cultural influences, not to mention our own personal strengths and needs, along with those of our children.

Parent counselling supports parents in creating and expanding their “toolbox” with knowledge, guidance and strategies that align with their parenting values and beliefs. Together we can explore how to transition from feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and confused to comfortable, confident and feel good in your parenting role.

Parent counselling offers parents a safe space to discuss their personal experiences. Whether you would like to receive support individually or in a couple setting, we are here to help you along the way.

What you can expect within our

We all have different values, beliefs, cultural influences, strengths, and needs. As a parent myself, I know how important it is to feel confident and comfortable with how you choose to parent. Parenting is a journey, not a destination.
It is an honour to be by your side along the way
